Kala is currently working on her Masters of Environmental Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She has a diverse history working as a zookeeper, private consultant, wetland ecologist, and endangered bat biologist. She received her B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries from California University of PA. Kala is an avid explorer, traveling a much as possible to learn and study ecosystems around the world.
