My environmental journey began with the words “You’re in the wrong classroom”
By chance I had stumbled onto Neshaminy High’s Envirothon team, a team I would later lead to the state competition, and even after my graduation would return to continue teaching. It was from the same chance encounter that I was recommended to the WLA where I instructed for the first time in 2017. I am currently a PSU student studying environmental systems engineering and have spent my last two summers working for Aqua America. In my spare time I volunteer with the watershed associations along the Delaware and in Centre, with the DCNR, and take on my own insane little projects like inducing trout to puke up invasive mud snails (Through gastric levage for curious brookie students).
