The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) is hiring a Ranger Trainee to work in Tyler State Park. Your role will involve participating in a year-long formal and on-the-job training to acquire the essential skills in public interaction, customer service, outdoor recreation, conservation, environmental education, law enforcement, and departmental policies. As a DCNR Ranger Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in park patrols, handling various situations such as safety concerns, emergencies, visitor assistance, and law violations.
