Division of Aquatic Species Restoration Chief 

The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission is looking to hire a professional to lead the newly-created Division of Aquatic Species Restoration. The Division of Aquatic Species Restoration Chief provides leadership, coordination, technical guidance, and resources to advance the statewide program. Their goal is to restore, recover, and propagate diadromous fishes, freshwater mussels, non-game fish, amphibians, reptiles, and other aquatic organisms, with a focus on threatened and endangered species as well as species of greatest conservation need within these taxonomic groups. This position requires a broad technical knowledge in the ecology, management, and restoration of diadromous fishes, freshwater mussels, non-game fishes, amphibians, reptiles, and other aquatic organisms.
