The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is seeking an Environmental Protection Compliance Specialist. In this position, you will assist in developing and implementing a uniform enforcement program for the Clean Water program in the Southwest Region, focusing on Pennsylvania’s clean streams law and its related regulations. Your responsibilities will include leading enforcement meetings and serving as an expert witness in legal cases before magistrates, the environmental hearing board, or courts.
