The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) is hiring a Natural Resource Program Specialist. As a Natural Resource Program Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, construction, and maintenance of natural-surface trail systems of Regional Forest Districts, using accepted best management practices. While engaged in this work, you will use of sustainable design principles to educate crew members and volunteers and minimize the need for long term maintenance.
