3 Ringed Binder
Binder Tabs
Completed Activity Report Forms
Activity Documentation (Photos!)

Create a section in your binder for each CATEGORY of outreach, a divider tab should be used to separate each category.

  • CREATIVE ARTS
  • OUTDOOR MENTORSHIP

Please DO NOT use plastic page protectors – consider the environmental impact!

PUTTING YOUR BOOK TOGETHER

  1. Record books should include a completed Outreach Activity Reporting Form. 
  2. Each activity should have documentation through photographs, copies of articles, etc. 
  3. Be neat – it matters!
