The top 20 record books earn Youth Mentor positions, and apprenticeships are awarded to other outstanding submissions.

You are able to submit your outreach record book entirely online! Click the button below and follow the prompts to digitally submit your record book.
Remember to save your digital outreach record book, which consists of the excel template file (filled out with the information for each project you completed) and documentation for each project, into one folder labeled with your FULL NAME (first and last) and the year (2024).
