The Pennsylvania Game Commission is hiring a Wildlife Biologist to join the Deer Management section. As a Wildlife Biologist, you will utilize your knowledge of ecology and management of white-tailed deer to coordinate harvest data collection procedures, resources, training, analyses, and conclusions. Work includes assisting in collection of samples for Chronic Wasting Disease, evaluating deer management program operations, coordinating research activities, and working at the bear and elk check stations. You will have the opportunity to participate in classroom and field instruction of trainees as well as deer-related public outreach.
