The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) is hiring a Forester to work in the Tioga Forest District. The responsibilities of this role include conducting compartment exams, planning and organizing timber sales, prescribing silviculture treatments, maintaining records for sale contracts, overseeing timber sales based on contract terms, planning and executing regeneration projects aligned with timber sale plans, acting as the district Insect and Disease coordinator, and completing any additional special projects as delegated.
