The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) is hiring an Environmental Education Specialist at Chapman State Park. Your role entails overseeing educational and interpretive activities focusing on the environment and history, such as discovery learning, audiovisual presentations, guided walks, and other programs. Collaboration with recreation and entertainment programs is required to develop interpretive programs for park visitors. Responsibilities also include upkeep of environmental education and recreational equipment, as well as creating and distributing program schedules, brochures, press releases, and various forms of communication, including social media updates.
