The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) is hiring a Park Resource Ranger to work in Delaware Canal State Park. The Park Resource Ranger is responsible for carrying out a diverse range of tasks aimed at ensuring public safety, protecting park facilities, providing visitor services, and promoting awareness of regulations within the Delaware Canal State Park Complex. The duties of the Park Resource Ranger encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to monitoring and maintaining the safety of park visitors, safeguarding park infrastructure, assisting visitors with information and services, and educating the public about park rules and regulations.
