Invasive Plant Ecologist

The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) is hiring an Invasive Plant Ecologist. The role of Invasive Plant Ecologist within the Bureau of Forestry (BOF) – Division of Forest Health (DFH) involves leading the invasive plant management program on state forest land. As the Invasive Plant Ecologist, the primary responsibility is to ensure the effective management of invasive plant species within state forest land. This includes developing strategies, implementing control measures, and monitoring the impact of invasive plants on forest health.
