Slippery Rock University is seeking applicants for the Trails and Habitat Management Graduate Assistantship program. The student in this position will be assisting in the implementation of a habitat management plan along 3 miles of trails on their property. The position includes the opportunity to lead multiple volunteer days, manage student workers, and help create accessible and equitable solutions for community members to benefit from sustainable habitat management. The student will be compensated with a tuition wavier for master courses as well as a stipend.

Wildlife Specialist (Biological Technician)

Wildlife For Everyone Foundation Scholarship

The Wildlife For Everyone Foundation (WFEF) is inviting undergraduate students who are aspiring conservationists, naturalists, biologists, ecologists, and wildlife enthusiasts to apply for the 2023 WFEF scholarship. WFEF will award up to five $1000 scholarships that may be used to support expenses related to education or for participation in natural resource-related conferences, workshops, field experiences, books, etc. Award recipients also receive a one-year membership to the Wildlife for Everyone Foundation.
