Forest Technician

The Pennsylvania Game Commission is looking to fill a Forest Technician position in Westmoreland County. As a Forest Technician, you will conduct a variety of specialized duties such as assisting foresters in the collection of field data for stand analysis and sale layout and entering the data collected into the appropriate computer programs. You will also conduct surveys and prepare forest habitat type maps for use by foresters and assist foresters in the application of herbicides for forest habitat management and maintenance.
