Community Clean Water Action Plan Technician
The Lebanon County Conservation District is seeking an ambitious and organized Community Clean Water Action Plan Technician. The technician will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of Lebanon County’s CAP by inputting data from developed agricultural plans into a web-based application to record existing agricultural practices. The technician will conduct on-the-ground monitoring to verify practice installation and maintenance, identify unreported existing practices, conduct outreach to identify prospective nutrient reduction projects and perform other duties as assigned.

John A. Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship
The Sea Grant Knauss Fellowship provides a unique educational and professional experience to graduate students who have an interest in ocean, coastal and Great Lakes resources and in the national policy decisions affecting those resources. The Fellowship, named after one of Sea Grant’s founders and former NOAA Administrator John A.
