The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is seeking to hire a Conservation Program Specialist. In this role, you will provide guidance and oversight of a conservation district and private sector involvement in the nutrient and odor management act program, as well as compliance and enforcement efforts to ensure successful program implementation. You will assist the commission in implementing the resource enhancement and protection (REAP) tax credit program, manure hauler and broker program, facility odor management program, and conservation excellence grant program, as well as any other financial assistance programs that may be developed.
