The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) is hiring a Park Resource Ranger at Beltsville State Park. As a Park Resource Ranger, you will be responsible for visitor services, outdoor recreation, and public safety within Beltzville State Park. You will alleviate problems and potential threats to the health and safety of our visitors, as well as inspect buildings, grounds, and facilities for safety hazards. You will monitor visitor activities to ensure proper use of facilities, provide them with information regarding park activities, and make sure they are informed of all park rules and policies. Additionally, you will provide proper and efficient emergency care to park visitors when necessary, including CPR, first aid, and search and rescue for lost persons.
