The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) is looking for a motivated student passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. In your role as the DEIB Intern, your main responsibility will be to assist and advance the efforts of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) by implementing a three-year DEIB Integration Plan. Your focus will be on five key areas, namely DEIB Learning, Community Engagement, Equitable Funding and Accessibility, Untold Stories of DCNR Lands, and Career Pipelines/Workforce Development.
