The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) is looking to hire a Forester. Your primary responsibility is to offer technical support, information, and education to private forest landowners in Armstrong, Clarion, and Jefferson Counties. Additionally, you would establish partnerships and foster relationships with local communities, other governmental agencies, and non-governmental organizations within the designated program area. Other responsibilities will include conducting wildfire prevention programs, wildfire suppression, state forest management assistance, and forest pest management.
