The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is looking to hire a Conservation Program Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various organizations and sectors in the implementation and management of several programs, including the Nutrient and Odor Management Act program, the Resource Enhancement and Protection (REAP) Program, the Manure Management Program, and the Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation Permit Program. Additionally, you will have statewide accountability for data management and reporting of all nutrient management plans and odor management plans in program databases.
