Today, we’re thrilled to shine a spotlight on one of our outstanding alums, Brayden R., whose journey since attending the Bass field school last June has been nothing short of remarkable. From utilizing his newfound knowledge to embracing creative endeavors and actively participating in community outreach, Brayden’s story encapsulates the excellent work the Class of 2023 Conservation Ambassadors have been doing in their home communities.
November marked the Early Bird outreach deadline for this past summers class of Conservation Ambassadors. Katie Cassidy, Director of Outreach and Alumni Engagement was blown away with all the incredible outreach projects being completed all over the state! Today we are highlighting Karlie, a graduate of the Brookies summer field school and the Academy Student of the Month for December! Karlie has hit the ground running after her field school and worked on a variety of outreach, getting out into her community to share her knowledge of the brook trout and beyond.
